1. Promoters
The promoters of this giveaway are Kiin Baby Pty Ltd (ABN: 32 631 536 233) and Yours Only Pty Ltd (ABN: 84 633 154 015), collectively referred to as “the Promoters.”

2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open worldwide to individuals aged 18 years or over. Employees of Kiin Baby and Yours Only, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the giveaway are not eligible to enter.

3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway runs from 3rd March 2025 to 17th March 2025 at 11:59 PM (AEDT). Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must provide their full name, email address, and phone number via the official entry form. By entering, participants consent to receiving marketing communications from both Kiin Baby and Yours Only. They can opt out at any time.

5. Prize Details
One winner will receive a Yours Only Bundle valued at $448 AUD and a Kiin Baby Gift Card valued at $452 AUD. The total prize value is $900 AUD.

6. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be randomly drawn on 17th March 2024. The winner will be contacted via email and/or phone within 48 hours of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize will be redrawn.

7. Prize Conditions
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. The Kiin Baby Gift Card is valid for 3 years from the date of issue and can only be used at www.kiinbaby.com. The Yours Only Bundle is subject to availability. If unavailable, a substitute of equal value may be provided at the Promoters’ discretion. Any additional costs associated with claiming or using the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

8. Privacy
By entering, participants consent to their personal data being collected and used for the purposes of administering the giveaway and future marketing from Kiin Baby and Yours Only. Personal information will not be shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to fulfil the giveaway.

9. General Terms
The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with these terms. The Promoters are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions. The Promoters reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if unforeseen circumstances arise.
