Our story
From ‘kin’, meaning family.
A little dream, born in the midst of motherhood.
A face behind the brand. Hi, I’m Rose.
I’m Rose, mum to Hazel and Maisie, and the founder of Kiin Baby.
In 2017, while preparing for my first baby, I started imagining the pieces I couldn’t find: practical essentials in soft, earthy colours, made to feel at home in our everyday lives.
With a background in design and photography, and my mum Merrill by my side, I brought those ideas to life. Our first collection launched in 2019, with four muslin swaddle designs and hand-woven moses baskets.
What began around our family table has grown into Kiin. Family is still at the heart of it all.

A small team.
A lot of heart.
We’re still a small, family-owned business with an all-female team, hand-packing your orders here on the Central Coast.
Behind the scenes, you’ll find coffee, 90s playlists, and a team who care about the little details.
And now you can meet us in person. Come browse the range at our Tuggerah shopfront, we’d love to say hello.
