Welcome to Kiin Baby. These terms explain shopping with us and using www.kiinbaby.com. The website is operated by Kiin Baby Pty Ltd (Kiin Baby, Kiin, we or us), ABN 32 631 536 233.

Please read these terms alongside our Shipping Policy, Returns Policy and any specific offer terms shown when you shop. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Your consumer rights

Our products come with rights under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. You also keep any other consumer rights that apply to your purchase, including in New Zealand. Nothing in these terms or our other policies takes those rights away.

Orders and product information

Please check your items, contact details and delivery address before ordering. You will receive an order confirmation by email. If you need help changing an order, contact support@kiinbaby.com as soon as possible. Once processing or dispatch has begun, changes may not be possible.

We aim to keep stock, descriptions and prices accurate. If a stock or pricing error affects your order, we will contact you and explain the available options. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil your order or you do not accept a proposed change, we will refund the affected items and any delivery charges that are no longer applicable. If we cancel the whole order, we will refund the full amount paid, including delivery.

Colours can look slightly different across screens and lighting. Small manufacturing variations may also occur. See our Colour and Image Information. This does not limit your rights if an item is faulty or materially different from its description.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars by default. Australian retail prices include GST where applicable. Delivery charges and the currency and total payable are shown at checkout before payment.

If another currency is available for your market, the amount shown at checkout applies. Your bank or payment provider may charge its own conversion or international transaction fees; check with them if you are unsure. Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change a confirmed order without your agreement.

Discounts and offers

Please check each offer's eligibility, dates, minimum spend and exclusions. Unless an offer says otherwise:

• Discount codes apply to eligible products, excluding delivery charges, E-Gift Cards, sale items and wholesale orders.
• Codes cannot be applied retrospectively, exchanged for cash or resold.
• Codes do not combine with other offers or bundle discounts. Check your cart and checkout to see which eligible discount applies.
• The welcome code is limited to one use per customer and cannot be used during sale periods.

For a free gift offer, the advertised minimum spend, eligible items and availability apply. E-Gift Card purchases do not qualify unless the offer states otherwise. If the advertised gift is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with an alternative item of equal value without prior notice.

E-Gift Cards

• The available values are shown on the E-Gift Card product page.
• Kiin E-Gift Cards can be used online and at our HQ shopfront. They cannot be redeemed at independent Kiin stockists.
• Enter the gift card code at online checkout, or show it to our team in store. Any unused balance remains on the card for a future purchase.
• Our E-Gift Cards have no expiry date.
• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. Keep your code safe and contact us if you need help.

Returns and store credit

We accept eligible change-of-mind returns requested within 14 days of receiving your items, for store credit. You cover change-of-mind return postage, and original delivery charges are not credited. Conditions and exclusions are set out in our Returns Policy.

Return credit is added to your customer account, rather than sent as a gift card code. Sign in using the email address the credit was issued to, then apply it at checkout. See our store credit guide.

The change-of-mind conditions do not limit your rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods. Where you are entitled to a refund, you do not have to accept store credit.

Cancelling an order

Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been processed or dispatched, we’ll do our best to help. We don’t charge a cancellation fee. See our Returns Policy for the details. Your consumer rights continue to apply.

Delivery, collection and preorders

Delivery options, estimates and collection details are in our Shipping Policy. If a parcel is missing or arrives damaged, please contact our team so we can help. You do not need to purchase extra protection to have rights under consumer law.

A product marked preorder is not yet available for dispatch. The product page shows the estimated arrival date. If an order contains both preorder and in-stock items, we send them together once the preorder is ready, unless we agree otherwise. Contact us if you would like in-stock items sent separately; an extra delivery charge may apply and will be confirmed with you first.

We will let you know about changes to a preorder estimate. If there is a significant delay, please contact us to discuss your options. Your consumer rights continue to apply.

Using our products and website

Please use products for their intended purpose and follow the care, age and safety instructions supplied with the product and shown on its page. Contact us if anything is unclear.

Please use our website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, upload harmful material or misuse someone else's details. We take reasonable care in operating our website, but access may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. If this affects an order, contact us for help.

Our content and other websites

Our product designs, photos, logos, text and other website content belong to Kiin Baby or their respective owners. You may browse and use content for personal shopping purposes and as otherwise permitted by law. Please obtain permission before reproducing or using it commercially.

You are welcome to share links to our website, provided you do not imply an endorsement or misrepresent our brand. Third-party websites have their own terms and privacy practices; please check them before using their services.

Changes, responsibility and governing law

We may update these terms for future purchases and website use. The version in place when you order applies to that purchase, unless we agree a change with you or the law requires otherwise. The updated date appears at the top of this page.

We remain responsible for obligations and liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not create a blanket exclusion for delivery problems, faulty products or other consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. This does not limit any mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring a dispute in another court or tribunal available to you under applicable law.
