We send orders from Kiin HQ in Tuggerah, NSW, to customers in Australia and New Zealand.

Local pickup

Choose the pickup option at checkout to collect from Kiin HQ, Unit 3 / 1 Reliance Drive, Tuggerah NSW 2259. Please wait for your ready-for-pickup email before coming in. Collection hours are Monday–Saturday, 10am–2pm. If you need a hand, contact our team.

Australia Shipping

We offer flat rate shipping Australia-wide:

• Standard: $12.95
• Express: $19.95
• Free Shipping: Australian orders of $200 AUD or more qualify for free standard shipping. Available options and eligibility are shown at checkout.

International Shipping – New Zealand

We currently offer international shipping to New Zealand only.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and any carrier or customs delays. For the latest estimated delivery timeframes, please refer to Australia Post Estimated International Delivery Speeds.

While delivery timeframes are outside of our control, our team is always happy to assist if you experience any issues with your order.

International Taxes & Duties

Check the taxes and charges shown at checkout before placing your order. New Zealand Customs may also apply import charges depending on your order’s value and the applicable rules. Any import charges that have not been collected at checkout are your responsibility. See New Zealand Customs for current guidance.

If a parcel is returned because import charges have not been paid, please contact us. We’ll explain the available options and any actual return or redelivery costs before proceeding. This does not limit your consumer rights.

Dispatch Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 3 business days. *During sale periods, processing times may be longer due to higher order volumes.

Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive a notification email containing a tracking number and link to monitor your parcel's progress.

Delivery Delays

Delivery timeframes are estimates from our carriers and can vary by location. If your parcel is significantly overdue or appears to be missing, please contact us so we can follow it up. If we cannot supply your order within the agreed time or a reasonable time, we’ll help with the options available to you under consumer law. Carrier delays do not take away those rights.

Return To Sender (RTS)

Please check your address at checkout and keep an eye on collection notifications. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address you supplied or it was not collected, we’ll contact you about the next steps. A redelivery charge may apply and will be confirmed with you first. If the return was caused by a mistake by Kiin or the carrier, please contact us so we can put it right. Your consumer rights continue to apply.

Need help with a delivery?

If your parcel hasn’t arrived or something arrives damaged, email support@kiinbaby.com with your order number and what’s happened. Photos of any damage are helpful if you can share them. Our small team will follow it up with the carrier where needed and help arrange the appropriate next steps, including a refund or replacement where you’re entitled to one.

If tracking says delivered but you can’t find your parcel, please get in touch so we can check the delivery details with you.

Pre Order Items

If a product is marked preorder, its page shows the estimated arrival date. An order containing both preorder and in-stock items will be sent together once everything is ready. If you would like in-stock items sent separately, contact us; we’ll confirm any extra postage with you first.

We’ll let you know if a preorder estimate changes. If there is a significant delay, please contact us to discuss your options. Your consumer rights continue to apply.
