Location

We are located in Australia and ship both nationally and internationally via Australia Post E-parcel service.

Local pickup

We offer local pickup from our warehouse at Tuggerah, on the Central Coast of NSW. Select the 'Local Pickup' option at checkout, and contact us here to arrange a suitable time for pickup. 

Pre Order Items

Pre-order items are currently in transit to our warehouse. Your entire order will be dispatched once all stock is available. However, if you’d like the in-stock items shipped separately before the pre-order arrives, we can arrange this for an additional postage fee.

Australia Shipping

We offer flat rate shipping Australia-wide:

  • Standard: $12.95
  • Express: $19.95
  • Free Shipping: All orders over $200 AUD qualify for free standard shipping.

International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to countries within the Australia Post network. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination. For the latest delivery timeframe estimates, please refer to Australia Post Estimated international delivery speeds. While we cannot guarantee these timeframes, as they are subject to carrier control, we will assist with any issues that may arise.

International Taxes & Duties

Some countries impose customs charges or fees. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of and pay any applicable fees to receive their parcel. If a parcel is returned to sender (RTS) due to unpaid duties, the customer will not be reimbursed for postage costs and may be subject to a restocking fee.

🇺🇸 US Shipping Update

Due to changes in international trade tariffs, we’ve made the difficult decision to pause shipping to the United States for now. We’re so grateful for our US community and hope to return in the future.

Dispatch Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 3 business days. *During sale periods, processing times may be longer due to higher order volumes.

Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive a notification email containing a tracking number and link to monitor your parcel's progress.

Delivery Delays

Once your order has left us, any delays caused by the delivery company are outside our control and we cannot be held responsible for any delays; however we will do our best to assist with any issues that do arise. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by the delivery companies, and may vary depending on locations.

Return To Sender (RTS)

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details or failure to collect from a designated collection point, we will reach out to you with re-shipment options at your expense.

Shipping Protection

To safeguard your purchase, we offer Shipping Protection as an optional extra at checkout. For a small fee, this coverage protects your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit.

How it works: If Shipping Protection is added to your order, we’ll cover any loss, theft, or damage that occurs once the parcel is in transit. To make a claim, simply contact us at support@kiinbaby.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, including your order number, and we’ll arrange a replacement or reimbursement.

Without Shipping Protection: If Shipping Protection is not added, Kiin Baby cannot take responsibility for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they leave our warehouse, as they are then in the carrier’s control. However, we will always do our best to assist you in resolving courier-related issues.
