We hope that you are happy with your Kiin goodies! But if something’s not quite right, here’s what you need to know about returns and exchanges.
Can I Return My Order?
REQUEST A RETURN/REFUND VIA EMAIL HERE
We accept returns if:
✔ The item is faulty or defective
✔ The item was damaged in transit
✔ The item doesn’t match the description
We do not accept returns for change of mind or Items listed as FINAL SALE
We’re happy to help with a replacement, refund, or store credit. Just contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Include the following details; Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) and a description of the issue (+ photos if possible)
Can I Exchange An Item?
Want to swap your item for a different size, colour, or product? We can exchange it if:
✔ It’s unused and in original packaging
✔ All tags are attached
✔ There are no signs of wear or washing
Please note: For exchanges, you’ll be responsible for covering the return shipping cost, plus the shipping fee for the new item. Items listed as Final Sale are not eligible for exchange.
If your preferred item isn’t in stock, we’ll issue you a store credit instead. If the new item costs more, you can pay the difference.

Who Covers Shipping Costs?
- If your item is faulty, damaged, or misrepresented, we’ll cover the shipping costs (if applicable).
- For exchanges, you’ll be responsible for covering the return shipping cost, plus the shipping fee for the new item.
What Can’t Be Returned?
✗ No change-of-mind returns
✗ Items that have been used, washed, or altered (unless faulty)
✗ Items listed as FINAL SALE
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a refund (minus a 3% processing fee)—but only before it has been processed and shipped. Contact us ASAP here. We also reserve the right to cancel and refund orders at our discretion.
