Directions For Use:

  1. Make sure you're 72 hours post birth before using
  2. Remove heat pack from packaging
  3. Fold pad in half and locate inner pouch placing firmly between palms of hand
  4. Squeeze inner pouch until broken and shake
  5. Remove adhesive strip located on the back of the pad
  6. Place pad inside undewear, postpartum nappies or into lining of pants
  7. Leave on until needed
  8. Discard after use.
  9. If too hot, place between underwear and pants or underneath another pad.
