Where can it be used?
Kiin E-Gift Cards can be redeemed online at kiinbaby.com or at our Kiin HQ shopfront. They cannot be redeemed with independent stockists.
Does it expire? What happens to the remaining balance?
Our E-Gift Cards have no expiry date. You don’t need to spend the full value in one order. Any unused balance remains on the card for a future purchase.
What if the gift card email hasn’t arrived?
Check the inbox and junk or spam folder for the email address entered, and check your selected delivery date. If you still need a hand, contact us with your order details.
